Terracotta and Cream Patterned Braided kumihimo Necklace & Bracelet 2 Piece Set

A handmade braided necklace and bracelet set in a vibrant terracotta brown and cream. This is a half and half necklace: half braid and half chain.

The braid has been hand woven from 8 strands of nylon silk rattail cord using the japanese braiding method called Kumihimo. Kumihimo braids are created under tension so that they are tightly woven and produces a strong braid that apart from being flexible is also very tactile and has a fabulous sheen.

The ends of the braids have also been hand stitched prior to being secured in the end caps.

The necklace is 18" long with a gold coloured cable chain.

The braid is just under 1cm thick.

The bracelet is standard adult size.

Arrives gift wrapped free of charge - please see pictures. Jewellery will be individually wrapped in tissue paper before wrapping in Kraft paper and secured with a ribbon and a gift tag. NO STICKY TAPE IS USED.
